As a result of large-scale expansion plans, PureGym has brand new role available within our Membership Configuration Team!
You will provide technical knowledge for the Membership Management System within the business, assisting the Application Support Manager by completing configuration changes in line with new set-ups and initiatives, and be a point of contact for high level membership queries. Key responsibilities of the role include:
• To build a strong working knowledge of membership management system.
• To maintain configuration within the membership system to ensure it meets the needs of the business and its members.
• To support the roll-out of new configuration within the system.
• Investigate and troubleshoot anomalies.
• Manage department queries.
• Keep accurate and up to date records of all configuration changes.
• To compile data necessary for analysis from the membership system.
• Support with new configuration requirements for ongoing business initiatives.
• Testing of new system features such as; SOAP UI to test API calls, testing functionality of products and developed extracts.
• To make sure data extracted from membership system is correct and up to date.
• Implementation and account set up.
• To write up supporting documentation when required.
• To be mindful of GDPR & Data protection and ensure they are followed when doing daily work.
• To create an efficient working relationship with 3rd parties and the PureGym development & IT.
The Person
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
• Ability to demonstrate accuracy and time management.
• Is a trouble shooter and has a solution orientated approach.
• A Basic understanding or keen interest of coding languages (HTML, SQL, API) is desirable.
• Good analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and implement technical information quickly.
• Takes ownership for performance and tasks to ensures that all targets are met.
• Can effectively build strong working relationships and networks to enable success especially with 3rd parties.
• Has strong communication, time management and organizational skills, keen to learn.
• Has the ability to manage numerous projects, understands prioritization and the ability to stay calm.
• Is resilient and passionate about their role.
• Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
