The Role
We are seeking a results driven Change Manager for an important transformation programme in Denmark and Switzerland. You'll lead our change management efforts by designing and implementing strategies and plans that support the successful adoption of new processes and systems. Your experience and skills will be critical in ensuring the success of our transformation and achieving our business objectives.
The Change Manager will be a key member of the programme management team, and is critical to its success. They will ensure that changes are implemented effectively, employees are supported, and stakeholders are engaged, all while managing risks and overcoming barriers to change.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan that includes stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training plans, and change readiness assessments.
- Work with project teams to identify and assess the impact of proposed changes on the organization, its people, customers, processes, and systems.
- Develop and execute change management strategies that support the achievement of project objectives and benefits.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, identifying and mitigating risks and issues that arise.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure the integration of change management activities into project plans and timelines.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers in managing change within their teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their engagement and support for change initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and adjust plans as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in change management practices.
Skills & Experience you will bring
- Proven experience in change management, with a track record of successfully managing complex change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Relevant professional certifications in change management or project management are a plus.
This is a 8 month contract role based in our Danish office in Valby.
